I’m following Jamie Oliver’s recipe here. But I have put my own twist to it by replacing roasted pine nuts with roasted cashew nuts, and lemon ? with lime and olive oil with coconut?? oil.
Wow? it’s amazing?
Zesty, nutty, creamy with an underlying hint of the Parmesan! Whoa?
So delicious?, eaten in my avocado ? shell!
