So, yesterday I made lemon curd for the first time in my life?
It turned out splendid even though it is not exactly what my mum’s lemon curd used to be like. Her’s had more of a curd-like consistency to it from what I remember. This one is more a thick smoothie.
Note: Use a heavy bottom saucepan for the purpose. As when whisking the ingredients on the stove, mine got burned on one side. Hence the minute bits of brown specks in the finished product. Otherwise, my lemon curd turned out perfect I think?
