How To Make A Mudslide
Ingredients
3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 Cup (2 ozs) Baileys Irish Cream (try homemade Baileys!)
1/8 cup (1 oz or 2 tbls) Kahlua (try homemade Kahlua!)
I need to confess that I added twice this measure of Kahlua 😂 😝 Oops 😅 to my mudslide !
1/4 cup (2 ozs) Milk
Chocolate Syrup
Cooling the Baileys in the fridge before adding it, would give a more dessert like feel to Mudslide.
These Ingredients are for making one Mudslide dessert drink. You can double the quantity to make two mudslides. Cheers 🥂
◾️Combine the vanilla ice cream, the Baileys, the Kahlua, and the milk in a blender. Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass, then fill the glass with the ice cream mixture.
◾️The chocolate syrup will, of course, kind of dribble down the side of the glass leaving brown streaks and I guess that’s how the name “Mudslide” came to be.
