1. 6 minutes on one side, sprinkle with crushed black pepper and sea salt
2. 2 minutes on the other side sprinkle with crushed black pepper and sea salt
3. 2 minutes to rest
Wash, cut and blanch all vegetables and serve it on the side. The vegetables here are snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower.
