Gin and tonic can be a bit bitter to the tongue with the quinine in tonic taking centre stage. I give you Gin and Lemon for that unique difference in flavour you will truly appreciate.

1 slice lemon
To Make Lemon Juice:
(I found this really ripe lemon 🍋 which will make the juice that much sweeter.)
Juice of one lemon
6 tsps granulated white sugar
Now for the Gin and Lemon:
2 or 3 parts gin (London dry)
2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 ice cubes
Optionally, you could top it up with carbonated water, seltzer water, sparkling water, aka soda water.
You can make one short glass of Gin and Lemon
