Coronavirus lock down days are challenging; however, working from home is really good. Here’s a great breakfast we cooked up in no time at all. Grate some cheddar cheese, chop bell peppers, onions and carrot (we used yellow and red peppers). Spread some Sriracha sauce on to slices of bread and top with the chopped vegetables and grated cheese. Toss in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 3 mins and you’re done. Serve with Sriracha sauce and lime juice. Yummy Banh Mi Pizza 🍕
