It is NOT enough to just expel him. He has to be arrested and charged for what they are charging January 6th Patriots for doing far less.

House Republicans have prepared a resolution seeking to expel radical Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) from Congress.
The move comes after the socialist congressman pulled a fire alarm to interrupt a vote in the House.
Bowman allegedly sabotaged the vote on a bill to avoid a government shutdown.
As lawmakers note, the act is a felony.
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) has authored the resolution seeking to expel Bowman.
McClain said Bowman’s alleged action “is a felony, plain and simple.
“USCP had to waste resources investigating rather than actually keeping the Capitol safe.
“The House must hold Rep. Bowman accountable.”
The resolution is expected to be formally filed on Monday when the House is next in session.
Expulsion is the most serious form of disciplinary action available to the House for its own members.
In the history of the House, only five members have ever been expelled.
Bowman’s alleged actions are currently under investigation by the House Administration Committee and the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP).
It has already elicited widespread condemnation from his Republican colleagues.
Rep. Lisa McClain (R-MI) is drafting a motion to censure Bowman.
While censure is a serious disciplinary procedure, it is a less severe step than expulsion.
McClain said Bowman’s alleged action “is a felony, plain and simple.
“USCP had to waste resources investigating rather than actually keeping the Capitol safe.
“The House must hold Rep. Bowman accountable.”

Meanwhile, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told reporters that the “Ethics (Committee) should look into this.”
McCarthy said he will “have a discussion with the Democratic Leader [Hakeem Jeffries] about it, but this should not go without punishment.
“This is an embarrassment,” McCarthy said.
“You’re elected to be a member of Congress.”
Bowman reportedly claimed that he “thought the alarm would open the door” and that Jeffries understood it was a misunderstanding.
