Foods to Avoid

“Are you a young person living in an old shell?”, asks Mike Geary, of The Nutrition Watchdog.
Weight loss, weight gain, joint pain, muscle weakness, digestive issues, ‘old’ skin and hair, stubborn belly fat and zero energy are all serious concerns affecting the human body.
“Leaky” gut and related issues such as weight gain, thyroid problems, Type-2 Diabetes, a lack of energy, digestion problem like constipation, bloating, gas, diarrhea, indigestion, and so on, are all connected to a WRONG choice of foods!
According to the Watchdog, and many other nutritionists, “It all starts in the gut”!
Even the brain 🧠 is connected to the gut, and if the gut is fed with the wrong foods, the brain will be badly affected.
This, combined with STRESS, a lack of sleep😴, too much alcohol🍺🍷🥃 , a lack of Vitamin D, all affect your intestines which are a delicate system.
The biggest culprits being eating many foods falsely labeled as “healthy”, and “health foods”, that you eat everyday and have been told are the healthiest by “big food corporations, your doctor👨⚕️⚕️ , health teachers👨🏫 and even the government“!
Wheat features as No.1 in Foods to Avoid category! It causes blood sugar disruption, Glycation of your cells, increases AGING, weight gain and boosts risk of Diabetes.
Glycation in your body and substances called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGES), speeds up the aging process in your body, including causing damage over time to your organs, your joints, and of course giving you wrinkled skin.
A very unusual type of ingredient found in Carbs (not found in other foods), called Amylopectin-A, apparently increases high blood sugar over time, dramatically increasing age-accelerating AGES in your body. Aging is not restricted to diabetics.
Amylopectin-A has been found in some tests to spike your blood sugar HIGHER than even pure table sugar!
The higher your average blood sugar levels climb over time, the more AGES are supposed to form in your body, tending to make you age FASTER.
The high blood sugar levels caused by wheat consumption also apparently makes your body pump out more insulin which in effect makes you pack on more body fat. Not fun at all!
Vegetable🌽🌻 oil being the next Food to Avoid, known by different names like Canola, Palm oil, Sunflower seed oil and so on, (except for coconut🌴🥥 oil), are usually supposed to contain “deadly trans fats, even if non-hydrogenated.“!
This, leads to scary health problems like cancer, obesity, Alzheimer‘s, heart disease and more.
Refined or not, Sugar also causes extreme fluctuations in your blood sugar. Excess blood sugar causes Glycation inside your body, accelerating the rate of aging in your organs, skin, arteries, and joints.
Further, sugar, raises your triglycerides to dangerous levels, leading to heart disease. Sugar can give you type 2 Diabetes, and slow down your white blood cells, making infection more likely, and even allowing CANCER cells a better chance to form in your body.
So, these are the three big
