The 3 Day Military Diet

Known as such, though having nothing at all to do with the military, this get into shape and shape up fast scheme has everything to do with discipline! I guess, hence the term “Military”, used to identify this Diet. In this Diet plan you are supposed to lose 10 pounds following the Indicated Menu for 3 days and the rest of the 4 days of the week, eating a low calorie normal diet.
